A 6 year old boy suffering from nephrotic syndrome. Nephrotic syndrome is a nonspecific disorder affecting the kidneys, which allows for large amounts of protein to enter the urine (above grams daily), it also produces high ccholestoral levels, swelling and low blood protein levels in individuals affected.
