Traditional Kobulle with Lingonberry Marmalade

The Kobulle is a tradition of Northern Swedes, specifically the timber workers in the forests. The pancake is extremely salty from the fermented ham thrown into the flour. It is then topped with lingonberry marmalade, the traditional berry of Sweden.
