Gran Hotel Manzana Kempinski La Habana is a 246-room hotel facing Parque Central in Havana, Cuba. The Gaviota Group, an arm of the Cuban military carried out the modernisation programme and was operated by Kempinski Hotels which opened in May 2017. The hotel features a ground-floor shopping mall, with retail franchises including Versace, Giorgio Armani, Lacoste and Montblanc where prices are far beyond the reach of ordinary Cuban citizens.
