FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, Calif. (May 14, 2017) - Builder 1st Class Sean Blair, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, calls for assistance to carry a simulated casualty to the battalion aid station on Forward Operating Base Anderson in Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., during the battalions’ field training exercise, May 14. The training is designed to exercise all aspects of the battalion’s defensive and operational capabilities from manning a fighting position on the company lines to reacting to chemical warfare threats and improvised explosive devices.
