STRAITS OF GIBRALTAR (Nov. 6, 2014) The guided-missile destroyer USS Truxtun (DDG 103) transits the Straits of Gibraltar. Truxtun homeported in Norfolk, Va., is deployed as part of the George Bush Carrier Strike Group conducting naval operations in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe.
