To dismantle these cars it is simply necessary to unscrewthe thumb nuts and lift of¥ the strips with the lamps andemblems. When removed from the cars the strips, etc., arehung on special racks at the rear of the barn, the lampsrerhaining in the sockets ready for use again when re-quired. I -* [D* seen that a very short time is required to slip the strips overthe bracket terminals, fasten them down with the thumbnuts, and then by closing plug at the trolley base light upthe entire car. Inside the cars the center oil lamps have been removedand 10 lamps placed on each side. Five on each side areconnected to a combination switch and cut-out inside thecar, and these lights only are used at night when the caris in regular service.
