Capt. Lacey Koelling, officer in charge of the 34th Aircraft Maintenance Unit, and Col. Bernard J. Hatch III, the commander of the 28th Maintenance Group, hold the General Lew Allen, Jr., Trophy which was presented to Koelling at Ellsworth Air Force Base, , Sept. 26, 2017. Koelling earned the award for her actions during her deployment to Al-Dhafra Air Base in the United Arab Emirates.
