CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (March 20, 2019) Under Secretary of the Navy Thomas B. Modly eats dinner with forward-deployed Sailors assigned to Camp Lemonnier and Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa during a visit to the base. Camp Lemonnier is an operational installation that enables , allied and partner nation forces to be where and when they are needed to ensure security in Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
