Cross-shelf oyster station arrays were used to determine the effect of storm water runoff from local creeks. These arrays were established at Stations 3, PSI, and 17. Each array consisted of oysters deployed at three locations extending offshore at water depths of 12, 24, 36 meters. The nearshore stations at 12 meters of depth had higher bacteria concentrations than stations in 24 and 36 meters of water for transects through Station 3 and Station 17, but the inshore 12-meter station near.
