On the wc all have had ample opportunity to enjoy its hospitality and its pleasantsocial functions. The reception to I^reshmen is a success and so arethe parties and teas, always enjoyable. May Brinton Hall continue inits good purpose and reach the goal, which its worthy officers haveset for it! One feature of life is the class-meeting. \\e still can hear ourClass president with her New England accent, siicetly reminding usof the fact that a CLASS MEETING is a MEETING and it CANNOT BE HELD UNLESS THERE IS A QUORUM. And, inresponse, one of our Southern delegates getting up to put in the formof a motion, some original way of compelling the members of the classto attend meetings. Our social afifairs at the college, though few, are always justlyconsidered events of the year. The Annual Reception given in honorof the Freshmen by the Sophomore Class is always a revelation of 120 originality and skill, each succeeding- class vying to nutdo the Annual liall given under
