Looking down from the top of the massive concrete wall of the Hoover Dam. At the very top of frame is the Mike O'Callaghan – Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge. In the middle is the outflow of the Colorado River with the twin buildings housing the hydroelectric turbines on either side of the river. The dam spans the state border, with Arizona on the left and Nevada on the right. The supports attached to the rock wall are leaning so as to keep the electricity cables away from the rock to prevent them from shorting out.
