The movement has received the cordial endorsement anJfinancial aid of the United States Government; of a majority of thestate legislatures, and of practically all the Central and SouthAmerican Governments, and it is confidently asserted by those iicharge, that the Pan-American will surpass in grandeur, and inmagnitude of conception, both the Chicago and Paris expositions The site selected for the display is in the northern part of the. TESTING THE CIRCUIT. city of Buffalo. The grounds include 350 acres, 133 acres of whichare improved park lands and lakes. The site is one mile bn?by one-half mile wide. Elaborate preparations are being made,both at the grounds and in the city of Bufifalo, for handling an 1caring for the crowds, which it is expected will exceed the attend-ance at the Chicago Worlds Fair. The International TractionCo. has two routes running to the grounds and is building largeterminal loading and unloading stations, with ample facilities forhaving several hundred cars ready to dispatch at one time duringthe rush hours. Of particular interest to street railway operating and supplymen will be the exhibits pertaining to electricity and electricalappliances, shown in the Electricity Building: and the transpor-
