They aloneshall be permitted to address the officials and then only inreference to subjects relating to the rules; they must notifythe referee of any substitution in the line-up of their teamand any failure to do so shall constitute a foul. Theyshall furnish the scorekeepers with a list of the namesof their players and their positions and toss for choice ofgoals before the ball is put in play at the start of PROTECTIVE ASSOCIATION BASKETBALL.
