They aloneshall be permitted to address the officials and then only inreference to subjects relating to the rules; they must notifythe referee of any substitution in the line-up of their teamand any failure to do so shall constitute a foul. Theyshall furnish the scorekeepers with a list of the namesof their players and their positions and toss for choice ofgoals before the ball is put in play at the start of PROTECTIVE ASSOCIATION BASKETBALL. RULE 11. Section 1. The game shall consist of two twenty-minutehalves, actual playing time, with an intermission of tenminutes between halves.
