ATLANTIC OCEAN (June 24, 2018) Lt. Adam Smith, top, and Aviation Structural Mechanic 3rd Class Gianfranco Astete, both assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 26, perform pre-flight checks on a MH-60S Seahawk helicopter aboard the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3). Kearsarge is underway conducting routine certifications to maintain unit readiness.
