It has been somewhat CHADBOURNE HOUSE. BATH, ME. This is an old house standing on High Street soutJi of theCourt House. 1 could not find out much that wai reliable about it;but it was probably built about 17&4. THE KING HOUSE. SCARBORO, ME. This house is noted for having been the birth-place of threefamous brothers, Rufus King of New York; Wm. King the firstGovernor of Maine, 1820; and Cyrus Kmg who was a Member ofCongress from Maine.
