London, UK. 10th June, 2013. A man is having his food flown to him using a carbon-fibre iTray at YO!Sushi's flagship restaurant in Soho, West End, London, England, UK. YO! Sushi created an innovative way to serve customers at the launch of its YO! Burger product with a flying iTray. The drone like tray is controlled with an iPad or iPhone, which restaurant staff tip in the direction they want the food to load the tray, fly it to a customer’s table up to 50 yards away, and return it when they see the food has been removed. Currently there are just two of the devices in operation, at the chain’s Soho branch in central London.
