The building contains 147 apartments in eachof which is installed a beautiful Westinghouse 2-19 Bsemi-automatic electric range with white enamel doorand splasher to harmonize with the white enamelfinish of the entire kitchen. The exterior of the building is of red tapestrybrick trimmed with polychrome terra cotta and agray gianite base. The lobby walls are of Caenstone, black and gold, marble base, black and whitemarble floors, elevator doors glazed with small panelsof crystal mirrors, beautiful candelabra lighting fix-. The right hand picture shows one of the modernelectric ranges installed in each apartment. tion has been given to artistic lighting. A billiardroom has also been provided for patrons at a cost ofapproximately $100,000. The lighting fixtures for all apartments arespecially designed candelabra chandeliers of variouscharacters, some finished in silver and others in poly-chrome and gold. The building is steam heated from a centralheating plant in the rear and is also equipped with arefrigerating and filtering system, electrically op-erated. The apartment will require approximately 30kilowatts for lighting, 100 kilowatts for fuel and 45horsepower for elevator and miscellaneous poweroperations. Miller, Wooley & Evans of Salt Lake City werethe architects and the building was erected by Vil-ladsen Brothers, Inc., general contractors. The build-ing is the property of the
