MOOBE, I have the honor to present to you the report of the Infant Milk Depots for theyear ending October 31st, 1913. The work which began at the Ottawa Dairy, June, 1910, under the supervision ofDr. W. T. Shirreff has grown steadily and this summer we operated four depots, viz.: — No. 1—207 Church Street. No. 2—7 Irving Avenue. No. 3—298 Division Street. No. 4—138 Queen Street (West). Two depots, Nos. 1 and 3. were open all winter, 1912-13. On May, 1913, No. 2 wasre-opened with Miss Stewart in charge, and No. 4, a new depot, was started with MissDavidson as nurse in charge. June Sth, 1913.—No. 1, at 368 Patrick Street, was partially destroyed by fire, thecaretaker and his family barely escaping with their lives, but thanks to the excellentwork of Chief Graham and his firemen the milk and ofiice furniture were saved, andwe dispensed milk as usual
