CHICAGO, Ill. (March 7, 2019) James Byrne, the acting Deputy Secretary of Veterans Affairs, gives a coin to Judy Finley during a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center. Lovell FHCC is the first-of-its-kind, and only, health care center that integrates Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs medical care in to a single combined mission.
