St Michael & All Angels' Church in the Lake District village of Hawkshead, Cumbria. Standing on high ground the church has commanding views of Claife Heights, Latterbarrow, Helvellyn and the Langdales. Parts of the Church date from the 16th century. The poet William Wordsworth went to the school in Hawkshead and is said to have enjoyed the views from the churchyard.
