The latterCommittee now has in its membership two architects, onelandscape architect, and eleven persons in various lines ofactivity. The secretary of this Committee is Frank. , a member of the American Institute of Archi-tects. The Committee is now working in harmony with theCitv Commission (in fact, an ordinance has been passedmaking the Committee, in an advisory capacity, a part ofthe city administration) and is now carrying on its workunder three main divisions: 1.
