FORT GEORGE G. MEADE, Md. – Command Sgt. Maj. Sheldon Chandler, the outgoing senior enlisted Soldier for the 780th Military Intelligence (MI) Brigade (Cyber), addresses the audience during a Change of Responsibility ceremony on a field near the brigade headquarters, September 8. Chandler will retire this spring after more than 25 years of active service to the Army and the Nation.
