Proboscis fully developed ; palpi upturned, the 2nd joint fringed with sparse long hair in front, the 3rd long, naked, and somewhat porrect; frons with long corneous spine truncate at extremity; antennce of female nearly simple, dis- tinctly dilated towards extremity ; tibiae fringed with rough hair above. Fore wing with veins 3 and 5 from near angle of cell; 6 from iijoper angle ; 9 from 10 anastomosing with 8 to form the aerole; 11 from cell.
