Presbyterians (Southand North), while the Virginiaschool, established in 1812, is con-trolled by the Southern for the new theological centercall for an entirely new name, theissuance of diplomas in the name ofthe new school to all graduates ofboth institutions, and a provisionwhereby Presbyterians, North, willexercise one-third control.
