Volunteers inspect a young Baobab Tree damaged by elephants seeking water inside in the Tuli Wilderness area of Botswana. Elephants will dig into the trees for water during the dry season and ultimately can kill the tree. Baobab trees are fibrous and do not feature tree rings that determine age so its ages is estimated through a combination of measurements, such as height and trunk diameter.
