British trade papers lay the high prices of Boman hyacinths to the demand from America and believe that if prices have now reached a point where America will not buy heavily an early fall in prices will result. Articles of incorporation have teen filed for the Bosenstiel Co., Free port, ill., to do a wholesale and retail business in seeds, grain, fuel, and building mate- rials. 'Ihe incorporators are E. O. Bosen- stiel, J. H. Bosenstiel and Grace Bosen- stiel. The amount of capitalization is $30,000. The Amzi Godden Seed Co., of Bir- mingham, Ala., recently filed with the city commissioners a request that the so- called restricted district be abolished. In the request it was stated that the firm was unable to sell some of its property at a satisfactory price because the re- stricted district is located across the street. At a recent meeting of the stockhold- ers of the North Wisconsin Seed Co., held at Eau Claire, the prospects for this year were reported to be excellent. The warehouse and seed farm of this com- pany are at Conrath, in Busk county; the offices are at Chetek, Weyerhauser and Eau Claire. The officers are: Presi- dent, B. F. Faast; vice-president, C. W. Dinger; secretary, C. H. Paris; treas- urer, John Bauman. Bepresentative Hinebauoh, of Illi- nois, has introduced into Congress a bill (H.
