Southend, Essex, UK. 21st Feb 2020. 31 Priory Court, Roots Hall Drive, Southend-On-Sea, Essex – scene of the fatal stabbing of 36 year old Courtney Valentine-Brown on Feb 22nd 2019. The windows and door of flat in Priory Court are now boarded over. Ian Slater, 50, of Wayletts, Leigh-on-Sea, and Alex Stephens, 36, of Hamlet Court Road, Westcliff, were convicted of his murder at Basildon Crown King, 31, of Howards Close, Westcliff, and Stuart Pearson, 44, of Satanita Road, Westcliff, were found guilty of manslaughter.
