PEMBA, Mozambique (Feb. 3, 2019) Military members from the Tanzania People's Defence Force help carry a soldier with a simulated wound during a visit, board, search and seizure drill aboard the French patrol ship Le Malin (P 701) while participating in exercise Cutlass Express 2019 in Pemba, Mozambique, Feb. 3, 2019. Cutlass Express is designed to improve regional cooperation, maritime domain awareness and information sharing practices to increase capabilities between the , East African and Western Indian Ocean nations to counter illicit maritime activity.
