They may be planted any time in the fall, m good garden soil, about 3 inches deep and 3 or 4 inches apart; they may also be grown in pots or glasses, sometimes grown in ornamental pots shaped like a hedgehog, when the bulbs are inserted in small holes about 1 inch apart. When in bloom, they are'very effective for house dec- oration.
