Aftersome days, in desperation, we got one to make the attempt,and after a long day of drifting we managed to reach themainland. Seal Island, isolated as it is from the world, seen i86 WILD WINGS by few save fishermen and from vessels doubling the south-eastern cape of Nova Scotia, beaten by wild storms, pictur-esque with its rocks, spruces, and bird-life, is a charminglitde world by itself, amply repaying our efforts in visitingit, and braving the raging of the sea and the discomforts offog and leachs petrel KEMliVLl) IKOM ITS BURROW
