Sweet German—Partakes largely of the na- ture of the Ruta Baga and should be sown a month earlier than the flat turnips. Flesh white, hard, firm and sweet. Pkt. 5c; oz. 10c: %Vo. 15c; lb. 40c. Long: White, or Cow Horn —The roots are shaped like a carrot, about half of which is formed above the ground. Flesh white, fine grained and sweet. ; ; ; Large White Globe—One of the most pro- ductive. In rich soil the roots will frequently grow to 12 pounds in weight. Globe shaped, skin white and smooth.
