The Angels of Malkuth are the Cherubim, which appear in the image to the Right. On the ornate hilt of the sword are the names of other sephiroth from the Tree, and on the pommel of the sword the sigil for Mercury: above the hilt, and on the blade, is the sigil for Venus. [Right] The Cherub, with the four heads of the fixed zodiacal signs (The eagle of Scorpio, the bull of Taurus, the lion of Leo and the human face of Aquarius. Each of these heads, and the other symbols attached to the Cherub are related to one of the ten Sephiroth. The cloud on which the Cherub stands is the Malkuth (Malchuth) engraven on the sword of the design opposite. The two designs are lithographic facsimiles of drawings done by the French occultist, Eliphas LÚvi, in W. Wynn Westcott, The Magical Ritual of the Sanctum Regnum, 1896.
