The Napoleon III chalet known as "Villa Marie-Louise", in Vichy (Allier - France). Known as "Imperial" or "Swiss", those pavilions were the private dwelling places of the Emperor and his retinue during their stays in Vichy. Of an English colonial or Savoyard inspiration, they were erected since 1863 by the architect Jean Lefaure. Chalet Napoléon III appelé Villa Marie Louise à Vichy (03200) (Allier (03), Auvergne, France). Ces chalets dits « impériaux» ou « suisses» furent les demeures privées de l’Empereur et de la suite impériale durant leurs séjours à Vichy. D’inspiration coloniale anglaise ou savoyarde, ils ont été érigés à partir de 1863 par l'architecte Jean Lefaure.
