Here, he changes a HMMWV tire at a basic Soldier's skills testing site on the land navigation course at the 2014 Region VII Best Warrior Competition held on Camp Williams. This regional competition showcases Soldiers and NCOs from eight different states and territories, testing their knowledge of Army regulations, basic Soldier and NCO skills and physical capabilities to decide who will represent Region VII at the National Competition as the best Soldier and NCO of 2014.
