Biloxi, MS, May 6, 2015 - Using heavy equipment excavators, construction workers from Construction of Texas excavate a road for the installation of a new water line under Nixon Street (near Division Street) in Biloxi, MS. The restoration of Biloxi's water and sewer infrastructure is Mississippi's largest FEMA Public Assistance project related to the Hurricane Katrina recovery effort.
