Left this position and went intothe Confederate army as a Gained the ?*o-l/riqu€to\ * Stonewall at the first battle of Bull Sept. 18til, in command at ^ed the Chickahominy, June, 1862. Fought untilaccidentally wounded bv his own men, at Chancellors-ville, May 2, 18H8. Died eight days after.
