MANCORA, PERU - OCTOBER 8, 2013: Long-time exposure of water movement at high tide at steel concrete wall on October 8, 2013 in Mancora, Peru. Mancora is a small beach town in Northern Peru, popular with both Peruvian and foreign tourists. On the beach a Malecon (breakwater) has been built a few years ago with path on the top to walk along and stairs leading into the ocean, but the strong waves at high tide have damaged it.
