NAPLES, Italy (July 14, 2014) Commander, Naval Forces Europe-Africa, Adm. Bruce W. Clingan, receives Chief’s anchors from Naval Forces Europe-Africa Fleet Master Chief JoAnn Ortloff and 6th Fleet Command Master Chief Charles “Chip” Collins in the Naples Area Chief Petty Officers Mess. Clingan was named an honorary Chief Petty Officer for his support to Chiefs while serving as Commander, Naval Forces Europe-Africa and throughout his career.
