The habit of the plant is very robust, in rich soil attaining; a height of eight feet. For tropical bedding this grand vaiiety is iiuiispensible. 25c. They are ipiile an improvement o\< i ihe old varieties. The spikes of large flowers somewhat resemble Gladiolas, but their much more brilliant colors show off grandly against their tropical foliage. Height of piant seldom over four feet. The flowers range in color from deepest crimson, orange-scarlet ami salmon, to light yellow, many of them being mottled ami Xew J?renah Oonnoa, Anionic Chmttin.—A distinct variety and vigorous grower. Flowers large, of a color. 50c each. Ailiiiiral Corbet.—Foliage green, and producing a profusion of flowers, which are beautiful citron yellow, striped with flame. 50c each. Crome.
