Pifireon River Company Gets Damages ludgment was handed down by Mr. Justice Lennox at Toronto recently in the action of the Pigeon River Lumber Company, Limited, against the Puljjwood Company of .'\.ppleton, Wisconsin, and the Russell Timber Company, Limited, of Port Arthur, avyarding the l)laintilif company judgment against the defendants for $6,500 dam- ages and costs. 'This was an action brought by the defendants for damages in obstructing the plaintiiY in its drive on the Black Sturgeon Rivertand was tried without a jury at Port Arthur at the March sit- tings of the Supreme Court of Ontario, when judgment was reserved.
