JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Wash. – Col. Curt R. Simonson relinquishes command of the 56th Theater Information Operations Group (TIOG) to Lt. Col. (promotable) Gerald E. Dezsofi. The 56th TIOG is the operational higher headquarters of the Maryland National Guard’s 110th Information Operations Battalion. Battalion Commander, Lt. Col. Kristine Henry and Command Sgt. Maj.
