Philippine Marines run through the well deck during a call-away aboard the Amphibious Transport Dock USS New Orleans (LPD 18) for KAMANDAG 6, in the Philippine Sea, Oct. 3, 2022. The two forces participated in a bilateral amphibious assault focused on increasing interoperability and shared understanding of tactics. KAMANDAG is an annual, bilateral exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and military designed to strengthen interoperability, capabilities, trust and cooperation built over decades of shared experiences.
