Earlier today, The Young Health Programme, A non-communicable disease (NCD) awareness initiative implemented by Plan International Kenya marked this day by conducting door to door activities in Kibera. The team involved Rapala Dancers who assembled to mobilize locals from the community through cultural percussion and dance. Community Health Volunteers (CHVs) and doctors from Plan International Kenya walked around different homes and businesses performing free Hypertension diagnostic tests to residents.
