PALMA DE MALLORCA, Spain (Dec. 31, 2016) The guided-missile cruiser USS Monterey (CG 61) prepares to pull into Palma de Mallorca, Spain for a scheduled port visit. Monterey, deployed as part of the Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group, is conducting naval operations in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe.
