23 year old Richard Price died after a fight in an alley next to the Empire Cinema, Bromley High Street in Kent on the night of Halloween 2009. Four men were arrested and, after two trials, Jagtar Johal, aged 38, was convicted of manslaughter and sentenced to 8 years in September 2011. The fight originated after an argument in the nearby Swan and Mitre pub.
