Non Exclusive: KHARKIV, UKRAINE - JANUARY 23, 2021 - Suspect in the deadly care home fire, tenant Viacheslav Kravchenko, 45, is pictured during a bail hearing at the Kyivskyi District Court, Kharkiv, northeastern Ukraine. Viacheslav Kravchenko was remanded in custody for 60 days without the right to post bail. On January 21, a fire broke out in a two-storey residential building converted into a private care home claiming the lives of 15 people.
