ANNAPOLIS, Md.— Maj. John Henderson speaks about information operations in the Horn of Africa during the first panel of the day at the Cyber and Information Operations Symposium held at the Annapolis Readiness Center, Nov. 19. Henderson recently returned from Djibouti in the Horn of Africa where he led a team of 110th IO Battalion soldiers responsible for providing IO capability in support of Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa.
