Entrepreneur David Hieatt leaft school at 16 and opened a market stall before joining Saatchi & Saattchi advertising agency aged 21. He moved back to Wales in 2001 to create Howies sports clothing company which was later sold to Timberland before it was bought back at a later date. He went on to create Huit Denim, a jeans company based in Cardigan the UK's largest producer of jeans in the past. He started the DO Lectures inviting creative people to give lectures on business and ideas.
