Afghan Border Police Brig. Gen. Tafsir Khan, commander, 3rd Zone ABP, congratulates a graduate of the Afghan Border Police Basic Course at the Spin Boldak ABP Training Center, Aug. 27, 2011, at Spin Boldak, Afghanistan. One hundred thirty Afghan Border Patrolmen graduated from the class which was the first to trial the eight-week course (previous recruits trained for six weeks), and is also the last to graduate from the Spin Boldak Center.
