SEATTLE (August 4, 2018) Vice Adm. John D. Alexander, commander, 3rd Fleet, presents a plaque to Richard Andersen, Seafair President & CEO, at the 3rd Fleet Reception aboard amphibious transport dock ship USS Somerset (LPD 25) during the 69th annual Seafair Fleet Week. Seafair Fleet Week is an annual celebration of the sea services wherein Sailors, Marines and Coast Guard members from visiting Navy and Coast Guard ships and ships from Canada make the city a port of call.
